Kevin Follonier

Kevin is Project Manager and a business analytics solutions expert. He is passionate about helping to drive positive change in organisations and making life easier for people who work with data. He previously worked in the finance department of Richemont Group in Hong-Kong and Singapore. There, he proposed and built the company’s very first dynamic and interactive finance dashboard for Southeast Asia. This tool is now used by the CFO and finance team, and is regularly shared with the Managing Directors of the Group's 14 brands. Following this successful experience, Kevin was asked to apply his dashboard idea in one of the Swiss branches of Richemont.

Kevin holds a Master in Management with a Digital Business focus from IE Business School, and a Bachelor in Management Science from HEC Lausanne, where he worked as a teaching assistant in Economics. 

 

William Debost

William Debost

Will is Project Manager and a business analytics solutions expert. His particular area of interest is in transforming complex reports into digestible decision-making information, and he focuses on data visualization to ensure the best user experiences. He previously worked as an analyst for Socialatom Ventures in Medellín, Colombia, the OECD, and the Montreal Economic Institute. Over the course of two summers he worked for luxury active travel operator Butterfield & Robinson, guiding biking and hiking trips in regions across France.

Will holds a Master in Management with a Digital Business focus from IE Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, where he majored in Economics.

Benjamin Deillon

Ben is our technology expert. He masters the art of querying, shaping, and cleaning data, ensuring that our solutions are 100% reliable. He is passionate about applying his mathematical background to the latest analytics technology. He previously worked at Pittet Associates, an actuarial consulting and training firm targeting Swiss institutions and pension funds. During his military service in Switzerland, Ben worked as troop accountant, managing the accounts, food inventory, and administrative tasks. He was duly promoted for his efficient work.

Ben earned an MSc in Actuarial Science from HEC Lausanne and successfully completed his Master’s thesis on the funding of Swiss retirement pensions. Prior to this he obtained a Bachelor in Economics at HEC Lausanne, and worked as a teaching assistant in Mathematics.
